Due to COVID 19, we will be implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Once we are ready for you, we will be taking your temperature with a touchless thermometer. Please know that if you have a fever or temperature higher than 99.5, we can not see you.
  • Once we have taken your temperature, we will direct you to the room where you will have your procedure done. Please note that you must be wearing a mask when entering the spa.
  • After your appointment, you will be directed to the front desk to check out schedule your next appointment or you can do so online.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 4 hours notice for cancellations. For every minute that you are late for your appointment, it will be one dollar a minute if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will need to pay a $25 Cancellation fee /rescheduling fee if you do not show up to an appointment you will have to pay an additional +15 no-show fee = $40 No - Show
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply

- Less than 4 hours' notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee. "No Exceptions"
- Appointments made within the 24 hour period need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time, or will result in a loss of deposit.
- Any multiple sessions or Packages 50 percent of the service charge must be made at the time of consultation; the unpaid balance must be paid in full after 50% of services are completed. Multiple sessions or Packages that cannot be canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any
availability, as well as keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for spa credit of equal value.

 

Expiration Dates on all packages are 120 days after purchase, also applies if you purchased any of our Groupon ads effective January 2021 NO EXCEPTIONS

 

 

Groupon

Groupon vouchers are for first-time customers only we do not accept vouchers from current or previous clients if you would like to continue your services we offer Groupon pricing on our scheduling page.

Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Must use all treatments in the same area. Appointment required, 24-hour advance notice required. Must sign waiver. Consultation is required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service is provided. Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed voucher price). Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s). May be repurchased every 180 days. Limit 1 per visit. Valid only for option purchased. All goods or services must be used by the same person. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. Your Groupon Voucher does not include our Auto Gratuity / Deposit Policy, it only covers the cost of the package you purchased.

What Is an Automatic Gratuity?

An automatic gratuity is a charge that is added to the bill of a customer at Spas, Salons, restaurants, ect. Typically, this gratuity is 18 to 20% of the bill, although an establishment may choose to have a higher or lower automatic gratuity. Businesses that use automatic gratuities often let their customers know in advance about this policy.
